What is different?

Aligning with its mission, GTMI's coaching has the edge in the topic of globalization. With the professional partner coaches who have credentials from International Coaching Federation and/or Korea Coach Association, GTMI can also help leaders have global perspectives.

What GTMI coaches have in common is that they listen globally. It doesn't mean they can understand various languages but they not only listen to clients' words but also their organizations and systems. There are coaches who can also coach in Korean and English, and there will be the ones who can coach in Chinese, Spanish, and more. You can look at the Members page to see the updates.
