KR has a passion to help developing young talents to be global leaders by facilitation, mentoring and training. With his work experiences at DuPont Asia Pacific for 22 years as regional leader roles of talent development and HR, he continued developing talents by establishing an education and training organization, the Global Talent Management Institute (GTMI).

KR was the Special Advisory Professor in Hanyang University for 7 years and enjoyed developing university students. He also served as the founder and the leader of the Korean Facilitators Association, which introduced the concept of facilitation and developed professional facilitators in Korea. This helped Korean organizations to enhance employee engagement.

After Covid-19 he redesigned all his programs to effectively deliver them online using the Zoom. As an example he has been leading the Global Talent Club with weekly online meetings to discuss various topics with global leaders from various countries. He also provides many training sessions e.g. core competency development, facilitation skills using online. This helped teachers and facilitators in remote areas to get the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

Gary has a passion to foster young talents by providing coaching and mentoring services. With his work experience at LG for almost two decades as internal coach and learning facilitator, he is now ready to contribute to the global community. He is looking for GTMI members who are willing to share their knowledge and experience with young talents.

Gary has been teaching coaching at Dongguk University graduate school in Korea. He is also a member of International Coaching Federation and holds Professional Certified Coach credential. With his experience in leadership development, he also coaches and mentors leaders in corporate organizations.

Gary is a licensed facilitator of Management 3.0 which will be the guiding principle of GTMI. It doesn't matter where members are located. He believes that GTMI membership will represent more than 23 countries at the end of year 2023. Most of the GTMI services will be provided virtually.
